2 - Intermediary plan: Commercial Model

Lead time estimated on 12 months, it includes Basic Plan, how main players are organized in your choose country, defining the best way transact sales (direct on indirect sales) and based on that decision, Vista Automação might support its customer on hiring process of employees or rep/distributors companies.

 

3 - Advanced Plan: Managing Sales Area

Lead-time estimated on 24 months, where we define a business plan in accordance with customer, implement and execute that. Reporting business indicators by monthly: Sales Forecast; Large Project Pursuit (e.g. Blue Sheet methodology); Number of Proposals; Hit Rate (quotes vs orders); Product Line Offered per Region and Segments;
